Besides greeting you, the purpose of this statement is to notify you that I have made the decision to form an independent firm, conformed by my work team, along with a group of prominent lawyers out of prestigious law firms of Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Ciudad Juarez. This decision was motivated by certain limitations to develop and render services to our clients, both in Mexico and in other jurisdictions, derived from regulatory restrictions applicable to auditors and attorneys who concur in the same organization, as is the case of the firm in which until a few days ago I had participation as a Partner, and from which I separated in friendly, transparent terms, which allow us to continue serving our clients within a frame of trust and certainty, strictly in what we know how to do best; provide highly specialized legal services.
